Founder & President
Crown & Compass Global grew from a perspective shaped over years of working inside complex organizations: the way an organization operates has a profound effect on what its people are able to accomplish.
Throughout her career, Trevene has worked across contract management, business operations, document governance, compliance, supplier strategy, and large-scale operational initiatives. Across those experiences, one principle remained consistent: when people can trust their information, understand their processes, and rely on the systems supporting their work, they are better equipped to make decisions and move forward with confidence.
That perspective continues to shape how CCG works today. The goal is not simply to make organizations more efficient. It is to remove the operational friction that quietly slows everything else down and build environments that are more reliable, scalable, and easier for people to navigate.
